This is the SKPology Terms Of Services Policy.
It covers ALL SKP services.
- Notification of modification to this document shall be posted at the main SKPology site.
- SKPology reserves the right to modify this document at any time and at our discression.
- SKP refers to any product or service sold or leased under the SKPology name or derivative there of.
- SKPology refers to any user or client subscribed to SKPology services as a member.

- All payments shall be made in advance.
- If payment is not received in full by SKPology on the alloted date for the service
supply then it shall be at SKPology disgression whether the service will be terminated.
- If a member wishes to discontinue use of service, notification via e-mail or written
request is required. There is a 30 day requirement of notification of termination for
plans paid monthly. Plans paid in longer intervals may cancel at any time 30 days prior to
renewal of service. If cancellation is within the 30 days prior to renewal, then a 30 day
fee, charged at the existing monthly rate, will apply. Upon receipt of request for
cessation of service via e-mail a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the member at the
contact address used for the service by the member to verify. When this response is
received then service shall be terminated (at the end of paid service duration).
Please note that SKPology does not take requests for cancellation of service over the
telephone.
- If a member has insufficient funds in their account to cover payment they will be
liable for all fees incurred by SKPology. In addition there will be a $10
Administration charge payable by the member.
- No Refund Policy.
SKPology does not offer refunds on service. It is advised for prospective clients to
utilise the paid monthly option until they are satisfied with the account and service offered.
SKPology is not trying to trick anyone into an agreement. If you are unsure take the monthly
option and notify SKPology (billing@skpology.com) if you wish to change/end plans. Not everyone
will find what they are looking for at SKPology and we accept that.
Please Take note of this:
- SKPology does not offer refunds on plans.
- SKPology does not offer refunds on software.
- SKP ISP does not offer refunds.
- If a member is found to be in violation of the SKPology Accepatable Use Policy they
will be liable for any charges/fines SKPology receive and be asked to explain the
violation pending deletion.
- Any query from law enforcement agencies shall be co-operated with as long as there is
no violation of SKPology Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy or Terms Of Service.
- All invoices for service shall be forwarded electronically. Invoices shall be in text
file format only from SKPology. Our gateway suppliers may use HTML formatted invoices and
receipts. It is the members responsibility to notify these gateways of a desire to recieve
text receipts only.
- Any request for a "hard copy" will incur additional fees. These being administrative
in nature. The total fee for Australian Residents shall not exceed $1AUD per requested
month. International members invoice costs will vary with region. Upon request for "hard
copy" the member will be notified of fees and given the option to continue with request.
- Variation In Pricing.
Any variation in pricing will be displayed on the SKPology main site 30 days prior to
coming into effect.
Any variation in SKPISP prices will be displayed on the SKPISP member site and e-mailed to
all SKPISP members 30 days prior to coming into effect.
- The member is responsible for all access to their accounts. All accounts require
password access and these password/usernames are allocated to one member only. The member
is liable for any misuse of their account. Multiple user sharing of primary account
information is not permitted.
- No SKPology accounts are for re-sale.
No SKPology subdomains are for resale.
No SKPISP service is for resale.
No SKPmail accounts are for resale.
- Web Hosting Excess Bandwidth Usage.
It is upto the member to be aware of bandwidth usage. If a member is found to have
exceeded their bandwidth quota they will be notified and at SKPology disgression charged
an excess usage fee. This fee shall not exceed $3.00 USD per megabyte used in excess.
The option may be given to the member prior to paying the excess fee to upgrade plans if
it appears that the upgrade would benefit the member account.
This is at SKPology disgression.
- All pricing is displayed clearly in the SKPology shop. Any query regarding pricing or
any SKPology policy please forward to billing@skpology.com or ask via a request ticket
located on the front of the SKPology main site.
- Trouble Shooting.
It must be understood by the members that SKPology offers limited support for trouble
shooting. The support offered will be used solely at the members disgression. It must be
pointed out that while SKPology shall endeavour to assist and has a wide and diverse
background in various operating systems and software environments not all advise may be
accurate for the members circumstances.
SKPology does not offer support for software purchased from SKPology unless directly
stated. Support of product is the software vendors responsibility.
We shall take any bad reviews on software sold and remove it from our listings if found to
be of an inferior or faulty nature. The software at SKPology is offered at a discounted
price to assist members in their experience of the internet. If the software supplied does
not do its job or has a negative effect on the members internet experience we would like
to hear about it so it can be removed from our listings.
- Virus Control Policy
It is the members responsibility to ensure that they maintain their computer virus free
via the use of appropriate up to date anti virus programs. SKPology recommends and uses
Grisoft anti-virus on microsoft based machines and offers it discounted to members.
SKPology does not accept any liability for e-mail attachments or e-mails sent through our
services to the member.
The member is responsible for virus detection of inbound and outbound services.
